Grievance Redressal

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Purpose

EDUNAMI provides this process for concerns about accounts, purchases, digital access, training or other services offered through the portal. We review complaints and work to provide a clear response or next step.

Submit a complaint

Email edunami.in@gmail.com with the subject “Grievance” and include your name, account email, order or ticket number (if applicable), a description of the issue, and the outcome you are seeking. Please do not include card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, passwords, or other payment credentials.

Customers can also raise a support query from the signed-in dashboard. The portal assigns a ticket number and retains the conversation so it can be followed up.

Review and escalation

We will acknowledge receipt of a consumer complaint within 48 hours and work to redress it within one month of receipt, as required by applicable consumer e-commerce rules. We may request information reasonably needed to investigate and will communicate the response or next step by email or through the support ticket. If the first response does not resolve the concern, reply to the same email or ticket and ask for escalation, quoting its reference number.
