Data Analyst / Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic decisions. You will work with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver meaningful insights through reports and visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI/Tableau
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in data analytics or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Python/R
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
