We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive/Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HR operations. You will play a key role in building a positive work environment and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding and exit processes
- Organize employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–6 years of HR experience (based on role)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR tools and MS Office
- Understanding of labor laws and HR practices
